Therapeutic Massage - long flowing strokes to relax the sympathetic nervous system,
with trigger point therapy and myofascial release to work out every knot. Pressure is
adjusted to your preference.  All of our therapists can give SUPER deep pressure, but
we will customize it to your preference.

PNF stretching can also be included if desired, it feels great and solidifies the deep
tissue work that was applied and increases range of motion, also helps with postural
goals.  Kinesiotaping can also be included if desired, it is a special
flexible tape that is made for the skin (no latex), it supports the muscle, can be used to
encourage good posture as well as bring more circulation to the area, used by athletes.

Restorative Eye Therapy
Let your eyes be pampered and rejuvenated with this amazing eye treatment that combats fines lines, puffiness and dark

CranioSacral Therapy - a gentle, non-invasive myofascial  technique. Through palpation of the Craniosacral Rhythm, a
therapist will be able to detect areas of restriction in the muscle and joint regions. With this hands-on technique the
therapist can balance and bring about a deeper and more profound change utilizing the individuals own natural healing
mechanism. The practitioner's attention is on the cranial bones, the sacrum and at the interconnected membranes. Cranio-
Sacral therapy is mentally stimulating and memory sharpening - not only does this massage lend itself to meditation; it
improves the functioning of the central nervous system.   Effective treatment for headaches, migraines, release of tension
